What We’re All About

How It all started…

Best friends since age seven, co-owners Tyson and Lincoln have been building dreams together for over twenty-five years. What started as simple childhood fort building has evolved over the years to what it is today: two highly-skilled guys who love turning people’s dreams into reality.

Building is in their blood; both Tyson and Lincoln come from a long line of skilled carpenters and mechanics. They have each worked on many projects with their fathers, and have benefited from many mentorships with people in the trades.

Tyson has a degree in Fine Arts from Seattle University and an Associates in Pre-Med, but later in life realized he has always felt most at home working with his hands. He has an eye for the aesthetics of any project and is very detail-oriented. He is a people person, and truly cares about the clients he works for. Beyond homebuilding and remodels, Tyson has vast experience building and repairing docks on the Willamette River and enjoys building furniture in his free time.

Lincoln has a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, a pilot’s license, and holds an airplane mechanic license. He is a problem-solver by nature. He will research and obsess over any building or mechanical issue and won’t quit until the problem is completely eradicated. He is dedicated to the success of every project he starts, and makes sure the client is deeply satisfied with the finished product.

These combined strengths allow Tyson and Lincoln bring unique expertise to each and every project they tackle. In a nutshell, they are creative problem solvers who treat every project as if it were their own. One client summed it up best when he said, “I never imagined I would have such a positive experience with builders in the San Juans. You guys were professional, reliable, and do great work. Thank you for building me a house I am proud of.”
